I'm gonna take this opportunity to ramble about my beloved tragic blorbo for a minute.

First of all, just LOOK at what happened to him:

From a happy and passionate investigator that just wanted to uphold the law

To bat shit insane mass murderer

His whole reason for becoming an investigator, someone who eradicates flesh-eating ghouls, is because his mom was afraid of them. Ironic how it was because he was an investigator that he got turned into a ghoul himself and ate her.

Oh, and let me add his will here too

(something to note is how his tears form the number 15, relating to The Devil tarot card, which represents corruption and transformation)

Oh, and this moment? When he went to Houji for praise and was met with an order to be killed?

And when he realized Houji would never actually lose to him?

And how he says "you bastard" because of that one time he picked up the phone drunk?

And another thing, see just how he was treated by the mad scientist... and all of the horrible awful things his words imply

Oh! And how he was always second place, no matter how hard he tried (and take a look at that foreshadowing in the 3rd pic)

Aah, this is kinda all over the place but!! Please vote for Seidou!! He's so incredibly tragic!!

Next batch of my new 'doll characters' drawing project you can see I switched to a different medium here. Later on I decided to ditch the idea to 'copy' photos as some dolls really have nice photos but as drawing it's not .... really inspiring.

Also I decided to go more into the route to truly draw them like I would draw the characters and not how I would draw the dolls. That helped greatly to find a vibe into the project.

I do add little details about the characters/dolls on instagram I'm not sure if I should do that here as well?

But it might be interesting especially for those who don't follow my blog since forever... I used to do a "10 facts about" ages ago it yeah.. you really have to dig for it.

Ray - Based on Raiya Hisumi from Monokuro Kitan, ironically the character is called "doll" often. He's right now the leader of the Toysoldiers and carries the IX (the higher your number the better you are ranked).

Púca - Was my first Shell of Epiphanus but had different ideas, first I wanted to shell Itsuru from Monokuro Kitan with him but then... went wild and he turned into my big first modding project. The character is one of Pierre's first creations and if you meet him it means your end is in sight.

Jamie - Vincent's teacher as Seira passed and later on his partner. He works at the Sideshow because of the scars he got as a child. He has a lot of self confidence and actually doesn't care to be seen as a "Freak".

Pierre - My Reaper. He is just EVERYWHERE. His look is losely based on Baroque and Orgel from Violinist of Hameln, as at first he was supposed to be a Doll of Baroque. But really Pierre is just everywhere, he's a gambler, and he almost always wins. He even won the position as Reaper in a game.

Lydia - Lydia is a happy little girl, she has a twin Brother called Noah. Both are actually from the otherworld but were raised as normal humans. Her role is small in the overall storyline.

Takizawa - Based on Takizawa Seido from Tokyo Ghoul:re, was actually Samuel's first shell but I was never happy with that choice. Turning the doll into Takizawa was a quick decision, I'm still very much satisfied with that.

Xy - Xylophone is loosely based on Orgel from Violinist of Hameln, or more he is the prequel variant of the corpse that is used by Orgel. He's a traveling artist with his brother Dyl. Both are AU-Characters.

Nathan - A rather problematic character, he's a drug dealer and abuses drugs where he cans. To destroy some evidence he swallows a new one and ends up well.. in a otherworld circus that is supposed to rather people who killed themselfes. He slowly forgets himself until he meets a beautiful girl and falls in love with her, she helps him to keep his memory intact.

Vincent V. - Based on Vincent Volaju from Cowboy Bebop (the movie), one of the best antagonists. I just love the movie and the series.

Elay - Said girl from the circus that helps Nathan. She has forgotten her own story but maybe... she can remember later.

Guignol - Part of Willow's traveling Carnival, a talking doll that she picked up (she picks up everyone and everything :') )

takizawa is the cryptid type anti-cis person he goes by he/it/she/no pronouns do not refer to me (yes this makes sense shut up)

it's also some type of yes i am a fan of People person who goes if u label me i will eat you but u know he's not cis and has been known to be partial to all sorts of gender but at the same time he's aroace

Takizawa is... really complicated. And yeah. I kin him. So, yeah. I really like to explore how he came to realize all these things, especially going from Short Scared Office Man TM to f̸̨̛̲̭͖̪ͦ͆̅̉̚͢u͉̪͈̭͖̽ͬ̉ͤ͂́̕͝͞͏ͯ͟c͎͗҉̨̼͔̩̪ͯ̏ͥ̿͢͢͠k͖̞͐̚ ̶̶̷̹̗̭̞̀̊̄̿́̈́̅y̫̭͓̟͎͓͐̓ͤ́̏ͦ͋͝o̶̴̙̙ͭ͗̾̀ͬ̚ͅu̧̢͇̘̫ͤ̑́̀ͤ̏ͫ̓̂͌͟ but yeah let's lay that out

His trauma is going to affect the way he identifies in some ways, and it needs to be, you know, handled delicately, but i mean you know if it'd had a gender crisis the Normal Way instead of you know while also being physically and mentally tortured and turned into a pet killing machine for the cisphobic war criminal squad he probably wouldn't use it/its

I still think he was ace before everything went down, but yknow, the reason he's so sex repulsed isn't that, it might be that fucking doctor, just a little /s

I think it's really just that Takizawa's ideal appearance is to confuse and disgust cis people, and especially while he was with Aogiri he kind of used that as a shield because it was so easy to be, you know, his own worst nightmare as well as everyone else's

So yeah thinking of that he was clearly very conforming in all aspects of life before this, and probably didn't want to think outside of the box because it didn't want to change or discover things were different than he'd always done them yknow? so radically changing himself in appearance, presentation, mannerisms probably helped him just find a place where he didn't give a shit anymore.

Because he adapts to being in this terrible, terrible situation, It's hard to tell what it, like, post character development, would want to be in an ideal world. I really want to see him explore that. If someone wrote that I would appreciate that greatly hsiodfho;awh

Ken:

He had known for a while but couldn’t confirm it.

He waited for more evidence.

Ken even waited for you to come clean but you didn’t

He hadn’t cried or anything he was just confused and he didn’t understand why you had done it.

He would have preferred you’d just talk to him.

He waited for you when you came back and was arguing with you about it all.

“You smell like him.”

“Ken, I’m not—“

“Save it, get your things an leave. I don’t want to see you.”

Hide:

Was in denial about it for a while.

He didn't think you would ever do something like that.

Hide would brush it off at first but looked into it himself.

When he did, he kept it to himself, he didn't ask you about it.

He wanted to, but he also had trouble believing it.

At some point it became very clear to him and he realized he had to confront you because there was no point in keeping this on.

You came home late and he seemed unphased.

"Having your best friend all over you instead of me?"

"Hide, I didn't mean for it to get this far."

"But you knew you were doing it? I've watched you the entire time for three months. You don't sound like you feel guilt, Y/n, you're just ashamed that I found out!"

"Don't say things like that, Hide."

Honestly to prideful to admit that he cares.

He let you in, he doesn't do that often.

Yomo was certain you were someone who would never hurt him.

He felt betrayed and almost couldn't face you but he needed to hear it from you.

Uta:

It's very possible he doesn't give a fuck, because he usually never does.

All of his relationships pass time so he's probably cheating on you before you were cheating on him.

Honestly has no hard feelings about it.

This is mostly because if he doesn't care, polygamy is okay.

If he cares, polygamy is not okay.

Will be really mad and will not want to talk to you.

He will treat you badly and nothing is about/for you anymore.

Is a completely different person and won't forgive you.

"I'm not your boyfriend anymore, Y/n. Don't expect me to help you."

He honestly doesn't want to talk to you about it, he'll just leave.

Oh no, you are dead.

You literally will be dead, I mean, you need to run for your life.

For like years, do not let him find you.

Because even if he does obess over you his ego is hurt and he will not tolerate it.

And if he's obsessed it will be much worse.

Very abusive, and psychotic about the whole thing. He'd even gaslight you into thinking you don't deserve him.

"I love you, I give you everything, you fucking whore!" He'd argue throwing something at you.

You'd apologize in tears, mostly due to fear not anything else.

Knowing him, he probably just thought you cheated even though you didn't.

He'd consider anything you do cheating.

Takizawa (ghoul):

Do not do this to him.

He doesn't deserve this, he gives you everything.

Loves you with his heart and soul.

This is basically the last straw for him, like he will not go and be with someone else.

In fact, he might just be mad for a while but still stay with you because he loves you that much he just wants to start over.

Taki would be very hurt deep down and even if he took you back things would be different.

He wouldn't be able to treat you the same after everything.

He still loves you but it hurts to know that you don't love him the same.

He found out on his own by just observing you when he thought things were suspicious, but he wanted to trust you.
